I'm Eliel Mengue. I build software for the people global products overlook, starting at home in the Central African Republic.

I build web, mobile and AI products, mostly for organisations in the Central African Republic: clinics, schools, legal practices and public institutions. I founded EDEV, a software studio, and I'm building Sendou, a mobile health platform powered by AI.

I studied Computer Science at the University of Bangui, worked as a software engineer at IKOUE on Scolar, and I train young people in algorithms, Python and web development.
